Richard E. Rosenberg
Perhaps the most important thing that I want you to know about me is that I win 92% of my cases.
- I win because I hate to lose and have an obsession about case preparation. I win because I am serious about every detail and every scrap of evidence.
- I win because I know how to find the most obscure case that will benefit you, my client.
- I win because I respect the Court and my adversary, be it prosecutor, corporation, or insurance company.
- I win because I know how high the stakes are for you, that a loss can alter your life negatively and seriously, sometimes forever, and that you count on me to turn the tables.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Detroit College of Law, passed the Michigan bar examination on the first examination and came in above the 90th percentile. I began my legal career working for one of the premier plaintiff's law firms in Michigan, and for the matter, in the nation: Charfoos, Christensen, Gilbert and Archer. ( Dennis Archer later became Michigan Supreme Court Justice, and Mayor of Detroit). I went on my own and formed partnership with another lawyer, and fought the second longest trial in Michigan history (82 trial days).
